• Must use the three-hole socket and three-pin plug of single phase with protective
  grounding.
• Under environment of soak and damp,please took relevant protective measures
• When operating,such as:use the protecive device of leakage of electricity,put the
  engine on the,dry place,etc.The operator put on one's insulating gloves,in one's
  insulating shoes or to stand on the insulating doormat.
• please use the rated voltage and fuse of standard capacity,must always remember:the wire of metal couldn't replace the fuse.
• When shift the engine or pull up the plug,please don't pull and tear the electricity wire.
• To operate in special environment or narrow place,must somebody look after the machine.
• The personal of non-specific field could not dismantle or service the machine by oneself.
• The work is through,must first cut off the electricity supply,then put work site in order,to progress maintenance and maintain the machine.
• Whether operate or clean the machine must avoid sewage into the engine,if there was sewage in engine imperatively stay till the engine was dry to use.
• Strictly forbid to use the engine with trouble .

• Control knob 
  For switching on/off circuit and controlling rotation direction of output shaft.
  OFF ：stop
  FOR ：forward rotation
  REV ：reversed rotation
  
• Warning: Prior to connecting electric power sup-ply check switch first for position off.

• Operate Control Handle 
  press the handle to move the machine clutch,wh-ich makes the flexible shaft to rotate.
  Releasing the handle stops the flexible shaft rotat-ion immediately.
  
• Warning: The pressing force shall not exceed 20kg,preferably to the extent of locking the -flexible shaft.Do not use force multiplication tool.

• Locking screw
  For connecting the machine with Φ8 flexible shaft attachment and protective sleeve.Raise and insert the screw.lt is simple and fast.
  Note: For machines GQ-100 and GQ-150 remove the white sleeve from the machine tail first.
  Wsarning: Switch off the machine before installing flexible shaft,protective sleeve or attachments.

• Connect the flexible shaft with drills
  Push the drill along67°slider slot of the shaft to engage.This makes connection more reliable,easy and fast.
  Caution:Observe through the hole of the drill to see the pop-out of the flexible shaft pin.lt is only safe when the pin is out.
  
• Remove the flexible shaft
  nsert the key and push the shaft with both hands in direction    
  opposite to the T slot of the terminal to remove the shaft.
  It saves time and manpower.  

Method     of operationeration

     DaLi drain Cleaning Machine adopted flexible cables and drilling tools of differnt
        form,made use of combined operation of high-speed soinning with propulsion by 
        hand or automatism to drain or clear the block of pipe.So long as selected the
        right machine and operated to method,the block of pope will surely drain quickly.
           Let motor race a while with cable after clearance of block,further clear away the 
        dirt on the wall of pipe,lastly,wash the pipe with water the effect will even better.

  
When you use the Hand Drain Cleaning Machine

• Loosen the clamping bit (or locking nut),pull out the cable.
• Let cable get into the pipe till it touch the block
• Lock up the clamping bit(or locking nut)with kept distance of 100mm between the pipe and cable.
• Turn the cylinder (crank)and pro-pulsion the cable by hand.Then loosen clamping bit and repeat 2 and 4 move till drain of the block.

• Lastly wash the cables with water clean and air-dry,get into the cylinder,to reserve.

When you use the power Drain Cleaning Machine:

• Let cable pass through mandrel of main engine.

• Chose proper drilling tool,firmly join it and cable.

• Put right p;ace for main engine (don't bring it into comtact with sewage),the drilling tool and cable get into pipe,as far as possible.

• Only kept back 2~4m cable behind main engine,dismount the other cable to reserve.

• Insert the plug into the three-hole socket of single phase with protective grounding.

• Turn on the control knob,let the main spindle rotate clockwise.

• Kept distance between the main engine and mouth of pipe (about 100~30mm) weigh down the control handle,took hold of the rotary cable mean while pushed the cable into pipe with gradually strengthen propulsive force repeatedly operate till the pipe was clear.

• The work was through,pull out the cable from pipe and clean away to reserve.look out: avoid sewage on cable back to main engine or polluting interior decoration.

• The work was through,let motor of main engine race about 2~3 minutes,the oiling in hole of oil,avoid rustiness.

When you use the portable power Drain Cleaning Machine:

• The clamping bit will loosen when push the handle ② ahead,pull out the cable
  and introduce into the pipe at this time.
• Clnnect with the mains,press the gearshift switch ⑤，slowly to start,then
  gradually quicken in skillful level.
• Pressed back the handle ②，the cable be chuck while rotating and advancing
  toward the pipe.
• When the cylinder rotate,the handle be push backward and forward in the light
  of special conditions,so that the cable could deeply ender the pipe till the block
  be clean and drain.

• If you use the automatic propulsive of cable,let automatic equipnent ⑥ through
  the top of cable then connect with front of handle and tighter up a screw.Adjust
  the steering switch ④,push the gearshift ⑤，the cable could automatically
  retreat or advance till complete the work of drain.

When you use the Automatic Drain Cleaning Machine:

• Let cable pass through the hollow axle of main engine,then connect with proper
  drilling tool.
• Put the main engine on the proper place,insert the cable into the pipe to the full.
• Insert the plug in three-hole socket of single-phase with the protective grounding.
• Turned the control switch ① to pointed clockwise,then push down the handle ④
  the cable could autld automatically advance toward,turn the gearshift knob③，
  the forward speed of cable is change.
  Look out:when encounter the resistance to forward movement,must chande the
  direction and adjust speed,not blindly,refrain damage.
• The use has been completed,please cleaned the cables to reserve.
• Soon after main engine race 2~3 minutes,to oiling,to reserve.

When you use the pneumatic Drain Cleaning Machine:

• Chose an assembly way of exhaust pipe with seal plug in accordance with form
  of mouth of pipe.
• pull the handle of inflator between upward and downward to inflate bring pressure to bear upon block under0.4Mpa.in degrees of blockage glued to looked carefully
  the barometer at all time,the needle not go beyond,the red security line.
• Pour fully water into the pipe,let seal plug closely hold down the mouth of pipe,quickly lift up the handle of valve,made use the impulsive force of airflow to
  drain,bring about good results from duplicate operation.
• If the mouth of pipe be plug up,so that the pneumatic machine is mot erect,
  please to join the seal plug with soft pipe,strain to press the seal plug with hands and quickly aerate.
